Dr. Cookson helps institutions define intended uses, identify potential benefits and risks, establish evaluation criteria, consider human oversight and documentation needs, and develop a defensible selection process. This work can draw on recognized approaches such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework while remaining tailored to institutional policy, context, and risk tolerance. It is not a certification or compliance review.
